I will switch to view my calendar and when I switch back to my inbox the reading pane is turned off and I have to enable it again. WebNoticed yesterday that desktop Outlook wouldn’t show groups either in the mail pane or the calendar pane. I restarted Outlook and the groups showed up, but all the options for them in the ribbon were greyed out and it said “there is nothing to show” in the preview pane, even though there were obviously messages in them.
