Instead, most of the album sounds like an uninspired retread, as the band tries to fashion their songs into a loose concept album. WebbAlbum Rating: 5.0. This album may not contain many live gems, but looking at it from a studio perspective I think Billy Breathes is one of Phish's strongest albums. All the songs are good (some are great) and it flows really well. Billy Breathes (the song) is beautiful.
